How much money is in your bank account?
Google + Microsoft + Apple + Yahoo! = More money than you could ever spend.
I don’t think this will surprise you, but no matter how much you have, it is nowhere close to Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Yahoo!.
After fiscal year 2006 reports (10-K) were published for each of the companies it seems they are sitting on a total of fifty-seven billion dollars of spendable cash and short-term assets. $57,000,000,000.00!!!!!! (I just like to look at that many zeros.) Microsoft has the fattest bank account at $34.1 billion, followed by Google at $11.2 billion. Apple has $10.1 billion, thanks mostly to its massive sales of the iPod, with Yahoo! trailing with a measly $1.6 billion. (Well…measly compared to the rest.)
