Thanks for the comment. As I said in my earlier post, I haven't written (or edited) any code for quite some time. It's coming back, but slowly. I have spent the last 6 years raising kids which doesn't leave much time to do the things you enjoyed before you had them. :-) Thankfully they are getting old enough to do most things for themselves and I now have more time to do things like run this site.

You were not too forward at all by checking my validation. I got too tired the other day to fix some of those things. My blogging software doesn't always post with valid XHTML - getting it 100% valid doesn't seem to be completely necessary and I don't have the time to worry about it all.

Hell, even sites like Shoemoney.com and Problogger.net have more errors than mine so why should I worry? They are in the top 100 on Technorati.

Getting the XHTML code valid is tricky but not impossible. Without being too forward (I hope) I had a look at the validator result for your site. There's a few things there that are quite easy to fix, and often fixing five things tends to remove ten validation errors.

There's a few stray list and tags floating around, and adding a trailing slash... /> to close image tags shouldn't upset any affiliate code. (Been there - done that!) Good luck getting it all sorted out :)
