A common saying I hear amongst the blogging community is, “Write what you know.”

Do you wonder why I chose to write about certain topics? You probably haven’t, but you are about to find out.

I write about things I know. In college I studied computer science, computer networking, geography, history, and secondary education for 8 freakin’ years. I have worked as a computer technician, help-desk operator, have teaching experience, and experience as a website owner/administrator. (I also coach soccer).

The things I write about aren’t just hobbies, they are my life – my bread-and-butter.

Now you know I’m not such a random guy, writing about random things.
