Well, J....I look at blogging from a decidedly different perspective. I'm actually kinda sorta happy just being a random guy writing about random things. You recently asked me where I find the time to blog... Well, I decided to start my blog two years ago...because I was feeling like I'd lost a chunk of my identity ("the writer") at the expense of my work. Medspeak is a necessary evil, full of abbrevs and acronyms. I wanted to shake the cobwebs out of the creative corners of my mind. But the last thing I wanted to do was to make it an extension of my career...that would just seem like more WORK. So, yeah...I write about random thoughts; maybe it's selfish, but I don't actually have a specific audience in mind. I write to blow off steam; it's something I do for myself. Whether I get one reader....or 1001...not gonna lose any sleep over it.

Keep up the good work, dude.
